Great Advice! Understood our plans/intensions and the buyers! I have known Stephan since 2015, when we bought this house we just sold. John seems like a great guy, he knew the market and my area,he was great at communicating, kept us informed all the way. John took care of alot of fiddly house maintance issuee to make open home a success. John got the results we wanted in 1 week. It seemed all parties were happy and I felt he had an honest approach. I would highly recommend John and his Team again! Matt also has a really relaxed, warm friendly approach which is a bonus for open homes and private viewings!
