Nick was amazing to work with we were selling a family property that was emotionally difficult for us to let go and Nick was very caring and understanding about the situation and made the whole process easier on us especially with us living in Queensland he went above and beyond from start to finish

Jamie helped us buy a house, then marketed and sold an investment property. Dealing with 4 tenants , and getting buyers thru was handled really well. We gave him a set of keys and stayed out of the way. The reporting after each inspection was thorough , and every time we made a comment or suggestion he followed thru. We felt part of the sale ,and had input during the negotiations etc. Liaison with our conveyancing team, was important as we had difficulties with the purchasers “legals”. We are about to list another property for sale with Jamie, and the Peter Lees Agency.
