Darren exceeded our expectations. Given our current location overseas, Darren went above and beyond in arranging all the trades to ensure the house would be ready for sale. Darren’s attention to detail, and understanding of our needs was much appreciated. Darren managed the open homes really well and we were able to secure a great price and even sell prior to auction! As first-home buyers, we were excited about the process, but a few things didn’t go as expected. We didn’t receive the main door key at handover, despite multiple follow-ups, and had to use the sliding door to enter and exit the house for a couple of months before finally replacing the lock ourselves. We also hoped for a more special moment with the traditional “SOLD” sticker, but received a “YEWW” one instead, which felt a bit out of place for such a milestone. We appreciate the overall effort but feel these small details could have been handled better to make the experience more memorable.
