WHAT A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE WITH STEPHANIE! (Sorry for shouting😅) She couldn't have made the process any easier, gently guiding us over the hurdles & through the obstacles, Plain speaking & simplifying the process, is what she does best! . . Being a couple of oldies, we occasionally struggle with tec, emails, signing ect , again, she pointed us in the right direction, with non stop support. ... There was more than one occasion, when we couldn't be at the home , she was there, picking up the pieces AND, on one particular occasion, putting on the gloves & physically dealing with an issue! He immediately rang me personally and introduced himself and came to see me in person. He was straight onto everything taking all the stress away, he worked 7 days a week for us to get a buyer and got one instantly. Unfortunately due to labours tax grab and the changes it fell through. However he already had plenty B and pronounced C and D on standby and got the second buyer instantly. He kept myself and the other side in the loop navigating through these tax changes and got the job completed. I highly recommend him and I can personally vouch for him.
