Very happy with Brodie's and Barker real estate service, great communication throughout the whole process of selling my property from the begining to the end. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Hi Jayne,  I am pleased to take this opportunity to thank you for everything you have done for our family. You have been an outstanding real estate agent providing us with invaluable information and advice relating to the presentation of the house and the direction we should take in terms of accepting the final offer. I have really appreciated your honesty and transparency when communicating with us about potential buyers and their reactions to the house. At all times you were clear and truthful which helped us managed our expectations and lead us to a realistic outcome. You took the time to answer our questions and provide us with the encouragement and inspiration needed to get through to the sale. I value your integrity and passion and admire your work ethic. Jayne  you are exceptionally talented in your field and I wish you well in the future. Kind regards, Keryn

Thanks to Nick, selling my investment property was smooth and efficient. His market expertise helped me make the decision of when to sell and his clear communication ensured I was kept in the loop at all times throughout the process. I was very happy with result. Highly professional and always a pleasure to work with.

Max is the professional knowledgeable agent. The sale of my unit went smoothly, very happy with his expertise and communication during the sale and the final result.

This is the second time I have used Edge Realty to sell my property. I was so impressed with Mike and Tyson the first time that I never even thought of another realter the second time around. They are always going to be my first choice. Their level of customer awareness and professionalism is second to none. They have always kept me up to date with the progress of the sale and I have never felt like I've been left in the dark. Their attention to detail was amazing and the way Edge presented my home, I couldn't have been happier. I would recommend Edge Realty and I do recommend them to everyone I talk to. They are a real estate agent that truly puts their customers needs above everything. Thank you Mike, Tyson and the team that surrounds you!

Tony was polite, professional, and helpful throughout the conversation. He listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and resolved my issue efficiently. I appreciated his patience and friendly attitude. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

I had an amazing experience working with Justin Irving. He was professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to sell my property. I highly recommend his services!

I work within the real estate industry as a photographer and have daily contact with many different agents, and when it came time to sell my own house, I already knew Ashley was the standout choice. Ashley was consistently achieving the highest sales prices, while also being pleasant, friendly and easy to deal with. Throughout the sale process, Ashley’s clear communication kept me informed several times a week and guided me through every step of the process including having the form 1 and conveyancers at the ready. My confidence in Ashley was rewarded with multiple offers, and a final sales price way over what I thought would be top dollar, all in one week! I highly recommend Ashley to do her job as a sales agent which defines achieving price targets. I even recommended my parents to sell their investment property with Ashley, and they were also very happy with the outcome. I encourage you to contact Selling SA Homes, and support small business, as Ashley has proved their focus is on a personalised service, and they just do it better. Don’t leave money on the table, give Ashley a call, you’ll like her approach.
