We were very fortunate to have purchased an apartment via Eugene. During the entire sales process, he was very upfront, transparent and professional in his dealings with us. What was most surprising was his after sales service. This is a mortgagee sale whereby many of the typical T&Cs are different to a normal vendor sale. Eugene nevertheless put in a lot of effort to ensure that the property was clean, well presented to us, removed old appliances without having to trouble us. He even chased up the body corporate for the outstanding swipe cards and remote control (as this is a mortgagee sale, some of the required stuff were missing and this is typical of mortgagee sales) . We are very impressed with his work ethics, professionalism and postitive enthusiasm. We will strongly recommend him,

Can't speak highly enough of Ricky. Friendly & enthusiastic from first meeting. Dealing with myriad of queries before offer (often within minutes), managing a challenging negotiation, actively monitoring settlement progress across Christmas/New Year period, more questions in lead up to settlement, & helping find a work around for final inspection following our covid positive test days before settlement. All issues handled smoothly/calmly. We would have no hesitation working with Ricky again.
