Great purchasing experience
I recently purchased this property through Philip Middlemiss. Being based in Sydney but needing to purchase in Melbourne came with its challenges. Philip made the whole process really easy and straight forward. He was extremely easy to deal with and was readily available and easy to contact whenever I needed to. He negotiated a settlement for us prior to Christmas which was extremely important to us as we need to get to Melbourne early in the New Year.
