The response was very prompt and smooth handling of both parties. RAY WHITE team did handle the expectations well and able to close the deal

I had the pleasure of working with Bilal for both selling my property and purchasing my new home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Bilal was professional, patient, reliable, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. No matter what the weather was like—rain or shine—he was always there, going above and beyond for his clients. He was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns and made the whole buying and selling process feel smooth and stress-free. Thank you, Bilal, for all your hard work and dedication. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional real estate agent!

Bilal was fantastic in giving us accurate and authentic information on every property we looked at. He genuinely understood our requirements and only showed us properties that matched what we needed, which saved us a lot of time and effort in our search. Amar took over from there and guided us through the auction process — since this was our first time buying and our first auction, he patiently explained all the terminology and made sure every participant was given a fair and equal opportunity on the day. He also negotiated skilfully with the owner, reaching an outcome that worked well for both sides. Both Bilal and Amar were trustworthy and professional throughout, and we'd happily recommend the Ray White Point Cook team to anyone starting their property journey.
