We had a very positive experience working with Vince Carnevale from Ray White Pascoe Vale in selling our property at 3/31 Devon Road, Pascoe Vale. From the beginning, Vince was professional, proactive, and very easy to communicate with. One of the things we appreciated most was his responsiveness - every time we reached out with a question or needed an update, he was quick to respond and always kept us informed throughout the process. His communication was clear, timely, and reassuring, which made a stressful process feel much more manageable. Vince also provided excellent guidance from start to finish. He took the time to explain each stage of the sale process, helped us understand our options, and gave us confidence in the decisions we were making along the way. His support and advice were genuinely valuable. We were also very impressed with his negotiation skills and overall proactiveness. It was clear that he was committed, engaged, and working hard to achieve the best possible outcome for us. In the end, we were pleased that we achieved the price we were hoping for, and we truly appreciate Vince’s efforts in helping us get there. We would happily recommend Vince to anyone looking to sell their property.

Work hard, good communication!
