Ilia was sensitive to my requests and went beyond the scope of his service to ensure both my own and the buyer's experience was an easy one. He even arranged for some items to be removed from the property in his own time to meet the buyer's preference, saving me valuable time.
Paul and the team at Chwyla did a phenomenal job with the sale of our house, we could not be happier! From the start Paul was a great communicator; honest and very personable. Paul's expert knowledge of Doreen and interactions with buyers meant he was able to give us sound advice on what the market was like at whet buyers wanted. The team did a wonderful job with marketing and we had a say in all the marketing choices. The campaign went smoothly and we were kept informed along the way, we even sold after just two opens which was amazing!
