Agencies in Doughboy, QLD, 4671

When other agents didn't answer or even return calls, we were fortunate to deal with Julie and Ian, who helped make this an amazing experience.

Clear communication made selling the property an easy experience.

Kelly helped with almost everything . If we had any questions about the property or paperwork she would answer her phone even on days off or after hours , which made our dealing with Sutton realestate one of the best .

We sold our place in Woodgate through Rebecca and were really happy with how it all went. She was good at keeping in touch and always got back to us quickly, and after inspections she’d let us know how they went and what people thought. She knew the area well and gave us a realistic idea of what the place would sell for, which we appreciated. When the offers came in she explained everything clearly and didn’t rush us, and she got us a good result. Everything was organised all the way through to settlement and it was a lot less stressful than we expected. We’d happily use her again and would recommend her to anyone selling in Bundaberg or Woodgate.

Bec showed nothing short of exceptional competence in all aspects during this sale. She had a deep and balanced knowledge of the current market conditions and her instincts on offers proved to be perfect.

Rebecca was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the sale of my property. She was always prompt, honest, reliable and professional, making the entire selling process smooth and stress-free. She also recommended highly experienced, trustworthy and reasonably priced lawyers, which made the whole experience even easier. I highly recommend Rebecca to anyone looking for an honest, reliable and professional real estate agent. Thank you, Rebecca, for your outstanding service!
