Interstate buying is filled with potholes, it's a coordination nightmare as time slots for viewing and multiple visits fill the short days that you are in state. I had meetings set with multiple properties and sales agents, some cancelled the night before others sold with no communication to us. Sam stood out for his communication and willingness to accommodate our visits but also his willingness to help us find the right house, he reviewed our other houses we were visiting and gave us sound advice. I would recommend Sam due to his nature and communication he made our lives easy and was a pleasure to buy a house from the whole experience was actually fun. A large part of that was Sams attitude and experience.

Sam delivers. He is not only honest, genuine, friendly and trustworthy, with great communication skills, but he is not the usual pushy, self-absorbed, car salesman type only interested in commission.
