He understands the local market better than anyone and his team were fantastic to work with, particularly Alexi who kept us up to date with everything that was happening along the way. Also Emma who wrote an amazing brief about the property, also so lovely to deal with, and Sarah who assisted James in selling the property. Would highly recommend James and his team.
