Karen did not become the agent of the year several years running without putting in the hard yards an ensuring that the right things are in place for every property to present well , with an advertising plan to match. On our sale Karen guided us through the process arranged connections with trades as required and gave advice on the presentation and selling strategy. Without her efforts we would not have got the great results we did.
