Karen is an experienced agent with a strong knowledge of the local market. She kept us informed every step of the way which was excellent as we were selling from a different state. Because of the distance, we were reliant on her to do everything from making sure the property was in a saleable state, dealing with the outgoing tenant and managing agent, purchaser inspections etc. Her negotiation skills gave us the outcome we wanted.
