I very much appreciated Liza's friendliness and flexibility when selling our home. She has great knowledge of the market and took the time to guide us through the process. She also achieved a much greater price than we thought we could get for our property. I highly recommend Liza.

Liza has helped me purchase my first home. As a young buyer stepping into the market with not much knowledge Liza made it a breeze for me, she kept me updated every step of the way and made it a memorable experience. Thank you Liza.

Knowledgeable about the area and local buyers/sellers. Knows what is going on, punctual and professional.

We had a unique semi rural property which was difficult to value. She prepared an excellent sales video and ensured wide coverage of our sale. Through our 16 months of selling, with frequent open days she remained an enthusiastic and committed professional. We feel that we have made a friend.

Racquel was extremely patient when working with us. Her experience and professionalism shone through during the entire process as we worked through our purchase. Even when things got a little sticky, Racquel was constantly reassuring and was a calming voice that made even the more difficult moments easy to work through. We cannot speak highly enough of Racquel's knowledge and her ability to understand what each party in the process needs. Her aim was to make sure that it was a win for everyone....something that is not always easy to do. What was also important, and something that shone through was Racquel's ability to deliver on her promise. At no stage did we ever have to follow up anything with Racquel. If she would say she was going to do something, you can guarantee it was done! To sum up, Racquel's knowledge, professionalism, credibility, calmness and the ability to maintain compassion are qualities that I see as outstanding attributes Racquel demonstrates.

Many thanks Raquel for all your help and support on the purchase of our new home…your service and genuine interest were truly appreciated….you were always so obliging to call and follow up on all needs…. this didnt go unnoticed by us and we are so grateful We would never hesitate to recommend you to others….our experience dealing with you has been wonderful
