Abbey went to great efforts to sell our two properties under difficult market conditions and worked closely with us to develop a strategy that suited our needs. She was honest with her feedback and expectations and was bang on with her appraisals. Dakota was of great assistance in sorting out trades and keeping track of invoicing and payments, and proactive in resolving issues when they arose. Martin got in touch with me after I posted on facebook as my previous agent was not up to mark. Although, 5 agents approached me, I found Martin to be the most friendly, pro active and not too pushy like a few other agents. In fact, he was the only person who follow up with me as I did not appoint him until a month later. I gave my previous agent an "extended" month to get my home sold but he failed to deliver. Martin knew his area of expertise very well and gave great advice. Kept me posted from the day the advertisement was posted until my house was sold. Highly recommended.
