I did not encounter any issue in contacting her and she is always prompt in her responses. This makes the customer feel very confident.

We highly recommend Ursula. She is super professional, genuine, knowledgeable and efficient. There had been several hiccups on our property settlement, but Ursula always updated us in a timely manner and went out of her way to ensure those issues were being look into by relevant parties. She also listened well to our requests, made us feel being well look after.

Ursula was fantastic to work with, throrogh, informative, flexible, honest and active. Within 2 weeks of listing we had multiple offers and had sold our property at asking price. This was also over the Christmas period and during the COVID pandemic. Ursula was flexible with opens and viewings and worked hard to ensure maximum exposure of our property to potential buyers. She went above and beyond for us and we could not be happier. Ursula was friendly, honest and reliable. She actively ensured the sale of our property. I would recommend Ursula as a sales agent. You will not be disappointed.
