What attracted us initially to Emily was when, at open homes, I mentioned we would be selling soon, she showed interest but didn’t harass us in any way, as did others. Very professional! We followed Chris and Emily’s advice re preparing our home for sale. Advice which effectively brightened our home making it more universally desirable. What became obvious quite early on was Chris and Emily’s depth of knowledge with the market through many years of experience in the Pennant Hills area.
