Emily was a delight to work with during the sale of the family home of 38 years for my elderly mother. I live in the Riverina and the problem was compounded by the fact my mother does not have access to a computer. Emily was very prompt in returning calls, communicating with both of us every step of the sales process and assisted my mother in every way to allay her fears and anxiety of such a big move. At one point my mother told Emily she was going to have a heart attack if things did not happen!! Emily immediately dropped everything and came to my mother's aid and reassured her that things were progressing well. Communication with the buyers was acted on promptly in her calm, professional manner. Emily went above and beyond in achieving an excellent outcome for my mother. Definitely would recommend.
