We were recently on the purchasing side in dealing with Polly. Her communication and knowledge were excellent—any questions or extra requests, and she was straight onto it. Polly was very friendly and professional.

Right from the get go Polly was very helpful with advice and informative on what buyers would be looking for in a property going on the market. As I was overseas through much of the selling process, I had 100% confidence in Polly's professionalism and still do. Polly had all the elements coordinated to give my property the little bit extra wow factor. You are an asset to your profession and if I had to do it all again I wouldn't change a thing. I can't thank you enough Polly.

Guy Draper has an intuitive communication style; is honest, experienced (30 years!), punctual and organised. A smart, sharp shooter. I would recommend Guy and the Homburgs team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. They lead you through the whole process with a calm expertise that is second to none.

Selling a unique, one of a kind property is not something you necessarily entrust to the first realtor waving his/her hand at you shouting “pick me!” Guy Draper and Rohan Semmler never promised the world and underdelivered. Rather, they worked tirelessly with me to develop a logical plan to most effectively promote the amazing asset we had and attract the right potential buyers. Once we had the right buyer …. who had found the right property and the right seller… that’s when Guy’s nearly 30 years of experience really paid off. He well understood balancing the emotions involved in parting with a property owned for 50 years and that of the buyer about to spend his hard earned cash. Sounds easy but it isn’t! Well done to both of you and thanks.

From Open house to sale contract was 4 days and above the asking price. Could not fault the process.
