Steven took the time to understand us and the house, and to position it within the market. He developed a brand, a marketing strategy and sales campaign which he delivered effectively. He was committed, responsive, energetic and professional, working successfully to a very tight, complex timeframe, enabling the house to be sold before auction. He established a 90 day action plan, with a 30-30-30 schedule: 30 days to get ready for market; 30 days for the sale period; and 30 days until settlement following the sale. By having knowledge of the market, and by being organised and committed, the first two periods were compressed and the time gained extended the settlement period to fit within the 90 day action plan. timeframe.
