Our agent was Harman Kaur, she was optimistic on the price point in my opinion but she seemed pretty certain of being able to achieve a sale in a reasonable time frame. Initially I thought Harman may be a bit inexperienced but soon found that to not be the case. Harman has a unique sales style, not too pushy but always in contact with you.
