3 real estate agents in Waterloo, WA, 6228

We have no hesitation in recommending Adrian, and his team, at Summit Realty. With his knowledge of the local real estate market, Adrian was always at hand for any needed advice or queries we had along the way. It made the process of selling and buying so much easier than we expected. Adrian’s enthusiastic approach, and both his professional and friendly manner, highlights his obvious love of his job.

My Wife and I looked at several open homes over several weeks and after going to an open home where we met Adrian and Logan who were very interested in what we were looking for and areas of interest to us and said they would contact us if they came up with something that might interest us. Soon after the open home I was contacted to see if a property they were about to be listing might interest us with only a couple of day to view this Home before we were flying out Adria and Logan managed to get us a look through before it hit the market the communication and professional way this all came together was fantastic and with some communication via email and phone we were very fortunate to purchase the property prior to marketing Thanks for finding us our Beautiful Home great job from a couple of Great Agents would recommend them if you’re looking to buy or sell .

Shane was polite and pleasant to talk to ,was able to answer my questions was helpful and things went well.

We were more than happy with Shane as our realtor. His friendly and positive nature ensured our house was in the right hands. Shane listened to what we wanted for our house but was also honest in his evaluation. He outlined his strategy clearly to sell our house and after each home open gave us good feedback. Shane’s communication with us was outstanding. Whether a text or a phone call, he was always prompt in answering. From listing our home to settlement / Shane always acted professionally and with our best interest at the forefront. We would definitely use Shane again to sell our properties.
