They promptly answered all our questions and collected any information we needed to assist us in making a decision to buy. They actually went above and beyond, travelled to the property a couple of times to check on items raised by the building inspector as we are out of town purchasers. They communicated with us and the sellers every step of the way to get questions/concerns dealt with. As a buyer I can say it is one of the best experiences we have had when purchasing a property.

After long consultations with Carl he understood our position & requirements and a price range.As we were retiring to house we needed a walk in walk out type of agreement.
