Inspections always came with an offer to attend and included detailed pictures and notes on the status of the property. As a property owner living a few hours away from the home this made making decisions so much easier with the property being completely managed. They always responded quickly to any requests I had and when the time came to put the property on the market, actioned this very quickly and secured a sale before we even had a chance to advertise.
