Hi Jayne,  I am pleased to take this opportunity to thank you for everything you have done for our family. You have been an outstanding real estate agent providing us with invaluable information and advice relating to the presentation of the house and the direction we should take in terms of accepting the final offer. I have really appreciated your honesty and transparency when communicating with us about potential buyers and their reactions to the house. At all times you were clear and truthful which helped us managed our expectations and lead us to a realistic outcome. You took the time to answer our questions and provide us with the encouragement and inspiration needed to get through to the sale. I value your integrity and passion and admire your work ethic. Jayne  you are exceptionally talented in your field and I wish you well in the future. Kind regards, Keryn

Jayne helped us with everything as we do not do anything digital on the computer. She went out of her way to help us.

Jayne communicated and followed up promptly from the get-go of my first interest in the property on Domain. They replied and informed me of their availability for inspections. They were punctual and answered all of my questions and concerns regarding the property during the inspections. They were honest about the trend in property prices in the area, which matched what I had found and showed they have strong market knowledge. From offer through settlement, Jayne kept communication open and accommodated my multiple inspection requests, including pre-settlement and property/pest inspections. My experience with Jayne was all positive, though we are still very early into the property; we are loving it and thankful for Jayne's professionalism.
