We had a few odd scenarios, and he ever didn't know anything, he researched and found sources, but he always did what was in our best interests and his communication was so reassuring. Buying or selling, we will never use anyone again!

Steve was in constant communication from start to finish during the changing stages of our Ballajura property sale. He worked hard to secure multiple viewings within our desired timescale, whilst our property was tenanted, and secured a sale at the price we wanted. As we now live away from the area, everything was handled remotely for us via Steve liaising and negotiating with local and remote bidders, existing tenants, neighbours, and leasing agents. We appreciate all Steves hard work, perseverance, diplomacy and sometimes out of hours calls, to achieve the price we wanted exactly on schedule.

Joe was brilliant in his ability to communicate. We had several appraisals and felt that other estate agents were after a quick Sale. Joe was patient, honest and forthright. He has a broad understanding of what is necessary to work with both seller and buyer. His market knowledge is extensive and he works in a friendly but very professional way. Because of his previous working experiences, he displayed excellent people skill. We felt very much at ease in his presence, unlike many other estate agents we dealt with. We have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Gina and Joes work was excellent. From always being reachable and approachable to giving us all the time we needed until we were ready to put our house on the market.
