Linda. Smith went beyond expectations and made the selling of mother’s house next to mine a much less stressful experience than it could have been. She was very hands on and organised all she could to bring the property up to standard. There were. A few complications on our end with POA but with patience ,prodding and persistence settlement went through with success. The purchaser was difficult and at every opportunity tried to push beyond the agreement. Several of these requests in my opinion should or could have been stopped by Deb, as they were beyond the agreement or unreasonable. However, each and everyone was presented to me with no explanation as to what my rights were to refuse them. Deb is lovely, but it left me feeling like Deb was acting as a messenger and not an agent hired to represent me as the seller.

Russell was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the entire process.
