Matt Davis made the selling process incredibly easy from start to finish. He provided valuable advice on how to prepare our property for sale to help maximise the selling price, and we were extremely happy with the result he achieved. Our property sold shortly after being listed, which was a fantastic outcome. Matt was always easy to communicate with, responsive, and happy to answer any questions we had throughout the process. His professionalism, knowledge, and support gave us confidence every step of the way. We were very pleased with the service Matt provided and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property.

It was a pleasure selling my house with agent Matt Davis. He was always professional, friendly, polite and honest. He sold my house in the first week of listing. He was a highly motivated Agent, who had my best interests at heart. The sale price was more than i expected and more than any other agents had quoted. He also kept in contact regularly . I would definately deal with Matt at Johnson and Donaghues again. Thankyou for everything

Matt communicates very well and kept me updated with the sale of my property regularly. He was professional and efficient and I received a great result that exceeded my expectations in how quickly a purchaser was found and the price. It was a tough sell as I had very many sentimental moments as we all do in our homes where we raise our children and Matt was respectful with the emotions i had attached to the home and very kind the whole process. He even assured me the purchaser's had fallen in love with the property and they were so excited to raise their family in this home which made the sale better for me knowing my home was going to be continued to be loved - thanks Matt! :)
