We found Katie so, so good. Katie came strongly recommended by Emerald friends who had sold their place with Katie. SO we interviewed her and liked her very much. We had not sold a place before so we were wary of estate agents (they don’t have the best reputation) and felt like babes in the woods. But we need not have worried, Katie took us through the process in a respectful, considered, honest way, hearing our concerns and our desires about potential buyers (our 10 hectares has 7 hectares covenanted).
