After successfully purchasing through Lachlan, I now fully understand why they have built such a strong reputation. Lachlan is always reachable, approachable and genuinely friendly throughout the whole process. He follows up promptly, communicates clearly, and has an impressive knowledge of the local market. Whenever I asked about comparable sales or market conditions, he could provide detailed information almost immediately, straight out of his mind. What stood out most was his work ethic and dedication. He is a diligent agent who always makes time for buyers and vendors. Even after the purchase was completed, he continued assisting me with setting up leasing arrangements for the property, as it is an investment purchase.
