If trust means anything to a client then you need to deal with Mark O'Shea

I have purchased 1 house from Mark about 12 years ago. Because of the professional attitude from him I have used him twice since to sell 2 of my houses in Bendigo. The house I recently sold was in Mark's hands for 5 days before he had sold it on behalf of me. On a daily basis he kept us informed of where the property was on the market. His knowledge of my property was 2nd to none. At all times I felt he was working for me and not just doing a job to be paid at the end of the transaction. He even has assisted my tenant for a smooth transaction for the new owners. I would highly recommend Mark to act on your behalf in buying or selling a property. We placed our trust in Mark and he never let us down.

I have bought and sold many houses in the last 10 years and Luke Ryan is the best agent I have dealt with. Very easy to talk to and very compassionate. A few issues arose with the contract due to conveyancing lack of communication. Luke sorted it all out and went out of his way to help me through to settlement. I highly recommend him. Excellent!
