Timelines once purchase was confirmed were met and all documents required to proceed were sent expeditiously. Normally as a buyer you expect the agent to be working exclusively in the seller's interest; this was not my experience on this transaction. If you are in search of a seamless real estate experience as either buyer or seller, I haven't met an agent much better in the business. And I met a lot of them... Very realistic . Guided us through the process. Starting with refurbishing house ie internal/external painting, polish floorboards, garden makeover and general repairs, styling with furniture / wall pictures. The house looked amazing.
