I came across the property after weeks of searching and countless of inspections. The moment I entered the property, the moment I felt right just the feeling I cannot described. So I can confidently put an offer to the property. Edwin also referred me to the solicitor (Vivienne from Sun Lawyers) who helped me with the legal aspect of the purchase, again with an excellent services. Michelle (Edwin's staff whom I liaised during the process) is also very helpful and professional, she has a friendly demeanor and no doubt that she is an excellent property agent. In all, I feel like my purchase experience was as easy as one touch of a button and everything else run automatically.
