I recently purchased a property in Kenmore with the help of Martin Hood and Charlie Berger and the experience exceeded my expectations. From the very first interaction with Martin he was genuinely focused on helping me find the right home by asking me what my needs are rather than just closing a sale. He was also kind enough to open the home after the open home has finished so we can view the property on the first day. Charlie was fantastic to work with. She really knew the ins and outs of the property, clearly explained the renovations that had been done, and showed great attention to detail. She also shared contact details for the tradespeople who worked on the house, which was incredibly helpful. Even after the sale, Martin and his team went above and beyond to make sure our experience of buying a home was a great one. Thank you for the thoughtful gifts — and especially for including our kids. They were so excited and feel like the new home has already welcomed them with their own special presents.
