She exhibited professionalism and an understanding of the market meanwhile keeping both Executors, the buyers and the beneficiaries all abreast of the situation. She was so understanding of everyone's vested interests. It could have become fraught with difficulties but Alli steered the sale to its settlement date keeping all parties happy. She went over and above her duties as an Agent and overall it was a win/win.

Noel went above and beyond with his help, making sure that the lawns and garden were cared for, removing some appliances that I hadn't been able to get rid of, and generally talking me through the process of sale, I'd never sold a house before.
