Very professional & helpful in every sense

Andrew and Sam were always very responsive, available and easy to reach throughout the campaign, and we appreciated the effort they put into ultimately achieving a successful sale result for our property. Both were approachable and proactive with buyer follow-up, and we always felt they were working hard behind the scenes. The main area we would have appreciated more support in was communication clarity throughout the process. At times there was a lot happening across different parties and stages of the campaign, and we occasionally found ourselves needing to follow up for clarification or a clearer understanding of strategy, next steps and settlement-related processes. Overall though, we appreciated their responsiveness, professionalism and persistence in getting the property sold.

Andrew is an ‘always closing’ type of agent. He can come across knowledgeable for the novice property buyer, but surely the overselling noise can be overwhelming when you need your thoughts, your notes, and discuss with your partner matters that you don’t want the agent as a third wheel. That’s how it felt at the open home I attended. Perhaps because we were the only party, he felt the need to address the silence we were in fact hoping for. He knows his stuff, but is not hard skills the sell to me, although it might be hypocritical as I bought the place. What I am saying, I would anyways with any agent for the same price. Houldn’t remember nor pronounce the buyer’s name, didn’t follow up on important questions asked, and played ‘thats not me’ when he had to fetch the keys pre-settlement from the letting agency. As a buyer, I was prepared to pay more so thanks to Andrew, and team, i feel like I got a good deal!

Over the last 60 years we have dealt with many Real Estate Agents and without a doubt Ben Knight is by far and away the best agent we have ever had. He is very pleasant, highly knowledgeable, efficient, professional, communicates clearly and keeps you in touch at all times as to where things are at. And best of all, when there is a problem he doesn't leave you to sort it out, but gets in touch with the relevant people and gets it solved. Brilliant ! Ben caring warm approach was highly empowering experience for my individual needs especially being an 80 y.o. with no family support. Ben with his genuine caring supportive approach & above his professional skills guided me with a NO STRESS process off market even then I was agreeing to On Market as needed to follow through. All complemented with regular communications with my best friend regularly thru phone calls & progresses re all steps procedures & this led to a prompt sale off market! Wow ! complemented the days I had to vacate my home for inspections due to my physical restrictions Ben took some time of his busy schedule to carry my beloved indoor cat to a neighbour place & self to then proceed with his work & out of his own time again he returned to my neighbour home (being at work) to take me home & Gigi in the cat carrier ! I have to say as a retired professional I appreciate Ben ability to connect with clients at a level beyond what one would expect. Ben was always kind Not pushy just a a talented Professional listening to his clients needs with human genuine ability to connect with individual caring respect His achievements to sell my beloved old home in such a continuous support is beyond words.
