(similar with the rental, Sinova do not overcharge landlords with maintenance costs and their vendors are often prompt and helpful) At the end of the day, when you are talking about expected sales proceeds, you would want to engage a trustworthy agent, someone who will go above and beyond in working with prospective buyers, someone whom is able to shortlist potential buyers, someone who treat you as a mate and not a cash-cow. Besides, number speaks. Property was rented within 8 days of listing, second rental was done deal in 10 days after listing. And this sale was gone before we even know it!
