Not very good as responding, once deposit is paid. Emails from reception state that I could have a pre-settlement review but this didn't happen. Keys were supposed to be delivered after settlement but so far emails questioning this have not been responded to. We had early access but were not allowed to pick up keys to look at house until an "accept as is" form had been signed. Which was not the intent of the site manager we were supposed to look first note what wasn't right and then sign.

When I rang Jess to tell her I wanted to sell my investment, she said leave it with me.an hour later she called me and told about her plans to market, advertise to have a home open with an ad on Domain.
