We wanted someone who on the first meeting spoke with us about his game plan with how he'll market our house, and then how he'll run inspections and possible buyers. To which he ran our sale exactly how he said he would. With excellent communication during the hole process. We also wanted someone who was down to earth and if we were the buyers we would feel comfy dealing with.
