The local team were very helpful in setting up the sale of my father's house. It was done in a good time frame and with a good outcome, both in price and settlement time. Communication was timely, although slowed down a little once the contract went through. They needed a couple of phone calls or emails to get a response. They are, however, a busy office, so it is understandable. Overall happy that I chose a local company with personal, friendly service. Their conveyancers at Warick were also excellent.

Bonnie was extremely helpful during the whole process. From viewing the property to explaining how an online auction works. I felt very comfortable, and welcome to call Bonnie should I have any queries, which I did. She was always helpful and it made the whole process really enjoyable. I would not hesitate to work with Bonnie again on any property transactions, whether it be purchasing or selling.

Responded after about a day, was able to get in for a viewing within a couple of days, correspondence was really easy and made the overall experience of buying our first home a very easy and happy experience!
