The Marx team were very helpful. No question was too small. Sara & Andy respectfully advised us, and supported our choices through every step of the process. We are very happy with the outcome that Marx Real Estate was able to facilitate for us.

The whole process with Sara and their team was just absolutely amazing. The communication was great organisation was awesome even any questions or concerns or anything like that. I had Sara and a team on it straight away which made the whole process move a lot smoother and better.

Our experience with Sara La Nauze and her team at Marx was seamless. From her intuitive, professional nature at the beginning of our search; to great styling, photography and videography online, through to documentation and tying together all the bits and pieces to complete the sale - we were completely satisfied with her service. Sara is very knowledgeable, with a strong grasp of the market, and ultimately a love of homes (and Angaston!) which made the sale process even more satisfying.

Returned our calls and emails. Helped us with sale suggestions and market knowledge.

David managed to get yet another great result for us. The attention to detail, regular communication and personalised service was very much appreciated. Many thanks, Kerry & Graham

David’s knowledge of the Barossa region is exceptional – from soil profiles and terroir to local market trends, buyer expectations and long-term investment potential. He understands that vineyard sales are not simply real estate transactions that they require a strong grasp of agriculture, production history, water licences, grape contracts and future commercial viability.
