Her strength is in identifying the factors that will really make a difference for the sale of a property and knowing what work needs doing and then helping to facilitate that through a team of people she has that can transform a property ready for sale. Anita was honest and so helpful with advice to get our property looking great for sale (all before we even signed with her) Anita was great at listening to our needs with a young family and working around this to help us achieve an amazing result on the sale of our home, in 1 week with 1 open. She is knowledgeable and professional , genuine and friendly she made us feel so comfortable in a stressful time and we are so grateful. Thanks Anita you are a star and truely great at what you do!
