We could not have asked for a better first experience as a young couple buying our first home for our soon to be family of 3. Upon Shane’s first visit to our house he shared with us his thoughts on what we could do to get the best results possible and he was right, we followed his instructions to the letter and he sold our house in 4 days and for a price we were very happy with.
