Kristy was very knowledgeable of the property. She’s an excellent communicator, nothing was too difficult, and she was always available for a quick chat on the phone.

We purchased a house through Mellissa who was very professional but down to earth and was very knowledgeable about the property and the local area. Mellissa provided guidance all through the process whilst working well with her clients. I found her reliable, trustworthy and a pleasure to work with!! I highly recommend Mellissa whether you are buying or purchasing to do everything she can to provided a good outcome and to be honest and trustworthy through out the process!!

Mellissa was genuinely caring in assisting with the sale of our Dads home. She is professional, honest, cares about attention to detail, knows the local market and is down-to-earth. The added bonus of her styling the property lifted the presentation beyond our expectations. Couldn’t fault her interactions with our family.

They demonstrated strong market knowledge and were open to negotiation. Always kept me up to date

Took care of getting the garden cleaned up and did a great job with the presentation and photos of the house online

Andrew kept me up to date about the interest in the property and also in the area. He advised me to lower the price, which I did list higher than the area market, and then got more views. The final sale price was more than I expected. Thanks Andrew.
