What really impressed me with Jackson Timmins was not that his appraisal was over $100,000 more than the other agents (which he achieved and then some), it was the time he took to call us back to discuss the property, the sales strategy and costs. While Jackson's communication skills were superb, it was his persistence in following up that really made the difference and closed the sale for us. Could not recommend him any higher.
