Good guy! He was very good to deal with

After interviewing several real estate agents we decided on Kevin Fan. The moment we met Kevin we felt very comfortable with what he was offering in his role as an agent. He had a very professional manner whilst being friendly and approachable, which enabled us to build trust and confidence in his ability to do an excellent job. Kevin was very good at explaining the process of selling and what we could expect from himself and the Harcourt team. His knowledge of the area and prospective buyers was outstanding. He was very thorough in answering all our questions. Kevin communicated with us regularly with updates of interest in the property and was very supportive throughout the process. His ability to negotiate and communicate with all parties was at a very high level and his ability to engage interested parties is outstanding. Kevin enthusiasm and hard working manner never altered throughout the campaign. As a result of this our sale provided us with an excellent sales result. Kevin, the Auctioneer and the Harcourt team did a great job . I would highly recommend Kevin Fan as a Real Estate Agent with outstanding skills and knowledge.
