Gavin knew the area well and how to market the property. He was in regular contact updating about interested parties and negotiating with them.

I had a fantastic experience working with Vanessa and also her hubby Peter! They were professional, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. From our first phone conversation I could tell that Vanessa truely cared about my concerns and made what was up until meeting her, such a stressful situation more achievable knowing that she understood our financial situation and my health concerns ensuring that she oversaw the whole process, which believe me was by far means a normal sale! Communication was always clear and prompt, and I felt supported every step of the way, not only during business hours but also late into the evenings and throughout the weekends. Having brought and sold properties in the past and being a business manager myself, I highly recommend Hess Real Estate as their team, led by Peter and Vanessa will provide you with the dedication, understanding and professionalism required for anyone looking to buy or sell — you’ll be in great hands!
