The team member who managed our sale, Karli, was always available when we had questions and was very understanding when our buyer requested early access to our property for various reasons. Our sale went quickly, as Matt predicted it would, and we had sold and moved out within 4 months.
Daniel went above and beyond with this sale, when the purchaser decided that the property required a clean up not included on the contract due to the reduction in price he negotiated. Daniel took it on at his own accord and completed the cleanup himself while we were away.
